With our standard price repair, you benefit from a reliable repair by the manufacturer, a factory standard calibration where required, as well as an extensive 12-month service warranty. The repair price is fixed and known in advance. In addition, you can avoid potential delays caused by repair quotations and approval procedures.
If only a minor amount of work and material are necessary in order to eliminate the fault, a nominal fee rather than the standard price is charged.
Our standard price repair includes the following:
- Fixed repair price which covers the cost of materials and work performed
- Twelve-month service warranty on the entire equipment 1)
- Calibration in line with ISO 9001 including documentation of test results
- Latest hardware and software updates
- Pickup and return of the equipment 2)
1) Does not apply in case of improper handling or alteration of the equipment
2) Only for shipping by a Rohde & Schwarz logistics partner in the country of the Rohde & Schwarz service organization

The Time & Material service is mainly reserved for older products and special cases that are not serviceable under any other Rohde & Schwarz service product (e.g. Standard Price Repair).

The Time & Material service is mainly reserved for older products and special cases that are not serviceable under any other Rohde & Schwarz service product (e.g. Standard Price Repair). The level of service for older products is “best effort”, which means that Rohde & Schwarz will initiate pre-approved steps (funded by the customer) to repair a customer instrument. Parts and technical expertise may limit or prevent the servicing of older products.
