ELEKTRA, restart license server

Question

A valid ELEKTRA dongle was conntected to the PC, but ELEKTRA was unable to detect the license.

Answer

If ELEKTRA was unable to detect the license, it is recommended to restart the license server. Please do the following steps:

1.) Run “Services” from the folder, C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Administrative Tools

2.) Look for “R&S License Server” from the list, stop the R&S License Server and restart it

ELEKTRA, restart license server

3.) Launch the Elektra again, to see if license detection is successful, now
