We implement a broad scope of state-of-the-art test methods such as flying probe, incircuit test, boundary scan and RF performance test in the GHz range. Our own teams are continuously at work adapting the hardware and software for these test methods to match manufacturing requirements. This allows us to ensure that the quality of each and every module is of the highest level.Our instruments are used all over the world, sometimes under extreme climatic conditions. And we make sure they are ready. We subject the instruments to a burn-in test that includes a monitored performance test under temperature stress. Next, we calibrate them and perform automatic recording of final results. The instruments are then ready to be directly shipped to customers around the world. |  |
