The new Signal Analyzer R&S FSQ40 expands the product family in the upper microwave range. Large analysis bandwidths, very high dynamic range and sensitivity as well as unique measurement functions – e.g. the Vector Signal Analysis R&S FSQ-K70 – are now also available in the frequency range up to 40 GHz.
