Question:		What is the reason for the following hardlock error message after a Stream Explorer update?
Answer:		Installing the DVMD-B1 Stream Explorer does not install or update the dongle hardlock key drivers. Please install the hardlock key drivers AFTER you have successfully installed the DVMD-B1 Stream Explorer.
