Your tasks
- Visit customers to assess their product requirements and to gather information on potential sales and business opportunities
- Identify potential sales and business opportunities and prospecting to expand customer base
- Project a uniform organization image to all customers
- Establish and maintain close contact and liaison with key buyers
- Build and maintain strong relationship with customers
- Monitor and perform market intelligence and analysis on competitors’ behavior / tactics / strategies / policies / pricing and report details to Management as required
- Formulate sales / business plans and strategies for assigned product business in Philippines which are consistent with company’s objectives
- Excel in exceeding assigned order targets for the year, reviewing and monitoring sales / business plans and targets with Management as required
- Responsible for making product and sales presentations to customers and most importantly, the pre-presentation discussions
- Responsible for preparing and compiling sales quotations, appropriate lobbying during pre-tender and tender valuation, and takes leadership in contracts negotiation with customers until contracts are concluded
- Recommend and schedule Product / Application Specialist and Customer Support Engineer interfacing with the customer to achieve customer satisfaction
- Work closely with Aftermarket Sales & Service team(s) on installation and commissioning of equipment
- Work closely with Sales Order Management team(s) to ensure prompt and smooth order fulfillment
- Ensure all the above are carried out in accordance to Rohde & Schwarz’s policies, procedures and relevant legislation
