We are looking for a person for the position of Technical Support Specialist to support the implementation of technical projects, cooperate with customers and participate in presentations, training and acceptances of advanced devices and systems, as well as provide maintenance and repair services in the future. If you are interested in modern technology, like practical work with equipment, you can solve technical problems on your own and you are in contact with people - this role can be for you.

Tasks

technical support of the sales team in terms of offered devices and solutions
preparing, configuring, and performing technical demonstrations of equipment
organizing and conducting product trainings for clients
participation in functional tests as well as formal and commissioning acceptances of devices by end customers
preparation of equipment for delivery, presentation and technical acceptance
coordinate the supply of equipment, including equipment subject to specific regulations and safety requirements
direct communication with clients in the scope of organization of access to facilities, agreement of deadlines and implementation of technical activities
preparation of technical documentation, training materials and acceptance protocols
cooperation with sales, service, logistics and technical specialists Rohde & Schwarz
providing basic technical support to customers after delivery of equipment

Qualifications

technical education or practical experience in working with electronic devices.
interest in modern technologies and the ability to solve technical problems in practice.
ability to use technical documentation.
independence, good organization of work and responsibility for the tasks performed.
communicativeness and freedom in contacts with customers.
English language skills that allow you to work with technical documentation and communicate in an international environment.
category B driving license and readiness to go on business trips in Poland.
reliability, discretion and readiness to work in accordance with safety procedures.

additional advantage:
knowledge of the basics of radiocommunication, electronics or telecommunications
experience in working with measuring equipment, radio equipment or telecommunications systems
experience in technical presentations and training
knowledge of procedures for testing and acceptance of technical devices
experience in providing services to institutional clients, in particular from the public sector, defense or security
knowledge of the rules for handling licensed or special formal requirements equipment
