Services : Working Student Software Support (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Support managers in analyzing the current (as‑is) situation and preparing clear summaries and recommendations
• Help define the software support concept and coordinate alignment with the project team and internal stakeholders; prepare materials and follow-up notes for manager meetings
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of our internal project management solution in Jira, including implementing routines (scripts/code) to automate data extraction and enable advanced reporting for managers
• Build and maintain the departmental knowledge base: document processes, capture project status and prepare concise entries that managers can use for status briefings in close cooperation with the team
• Establish and produce periodical visual management reports and dashboards to provide managers with up‑to‑date, actionable insights

Your qualifications

• Studies preferably in Computer Engineering, Software Development or Informatic
• Experience with Data Analysis
• Knowledge of software support concepts is beneficial
• Very good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Knowledge in the development of jira and confluence tools are beneficial
• Reliable and structured way of working
• Ideally, first knowledge in Project Management
• Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
