Finance : Finance & Administration Manager Italy

Your tasks

• Reporting: reporting activities, including the drafting of regular monthly reports, cost analysis, P&L, Balance..
• Budgeting: preparation of the yearly Budget, periodical estimations and variance analysis.
• Controlling: Controlling of costs, intercompany transactions, reconciliations.
• Accounting: Monitoring of accounting activities.
• Risk Assessment: Participation in the risk assessment activities together with Sales Managers.
• Functional and Fiscal Auditing: Planning, conducting and supervising all internal and external audits.
• Fiscal Management: Tax payment control (IRES, IRAP); VAT payments, tax declarations, VAT books, inventory books, journal books.
• Support to Sales for the negotiations of T&C with Customers.
• Managing administration activities and communication with public authorities and banks.

Your qualifications

• University Degree in Economics or equivalent
• 5 years of experience in a similar position at an international sales company.
• Good handling of SAP module FI-CO (mandatory)
• High knowledge of Office package
• High knowledge of written and spoken English and italian language.
• Proactive, problem-solving, leadership skills
• Proven experience as Team Leader
