Material Support Associate - Frederick, MD

Your tasks

• Receive, inspect, move, and stage materials
• Complete inventory transactions using WMS / ERP systems
• Perform cycle counts and assist with reconciliation
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely
• Identify and escalate shortages, damages, or discrepancies
• Support onboarding and training of entry-level associates
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Your qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of warehouse, material handling, or logistics experience
• Experience using scanners or inventory systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Able to be onsite 5 days per week in our Frederick, MD facility
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
• In order to be considered, candidates must be US citizens and able to obtain a US Govt Public Trust Clearance.

The total compensation for this position is $17-$23/hr. Total compensation includes base salary, variable pay (when applicable) plus benefits. The range is determined by the position, geographic location and level. Individual pay within the range is determined by several factors including location, education or training, relevant work history, sales incentive structure and job-related skills.
