Marketing and Communication : Technology Manager - DDR & USB

Your tasks

• Analyzing, quantifying and addressing global technology trends, related business opportunities for R&S Test & Measurement solutions, key players and eco-chain effects
• Active participation and representation of R&S in the relevant standardization bodies, work groups and industry associations to provide first-hand information and technology guidance to the product lines and position R&S solutions in the industry
• Develop MOIs (Method of Implementation), represent R&S at compliance workshops and plugfests and facilitate the certification and approval process
• Connect R&S to key industry players and partners for these technologies and integrate R&S in the related eco-chains
• Develop and implement the go-to-market strategy for the related solutions, form partnerships for joint marketing activities and establish a strong network in the industry
• Act as the internal and external focus point for the related technologies and develop sales collaterals and technical marketing contents for internal and external use
• Represent R&S as speaker at related industry events
• Develop strategic briefs for marketing partners and product divisions, articulating key insights, objectives and measurable goals
• Educate and enable sales organization to efficiently and successfully address business opportunities as well as guide and support local business development initiatives
• Drive Key Account and Strategic Account development activities in the related technologies and generate eco-chain effects

Your qualifications

• 5+ years experience in high-speed digital test and/or related topics
• Well established standardization and industry network in the area USB and or DDR
• Good analytical skills, an entrepreneurial approach and demonstrated experience to use economic thinking to identify business opportunity formulate strategies and deliver results
• User experience with oscilloscopes and vector network analyzers
• Technical experience, presentation and writing skills in developing MOIs, white papers, application notes, webinars, presentations, etc.
• Proven record of accomplishment to drive business results
• Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills, ability to develop strong relationships in the industry and across the R&S organization
• Strong communication and influencing skills with ability to energize an organization
• Fluent in spoken and written English/Mandarin
• experienced in test houses, IC makers related industry is a plus
