I use the LabView driver for remote control of RTB, RTM, RTA.
When I use the VI "Configure Trigger Channel Level" to set the trigger level it allows me to use values between - 10 V and + 10 V only.
But I need higher values. Manually it is possible to do that.
What can I do?
You are right. The trigger level depends from the ratio of the probe and the vertical scale.
In general the range of the trigger level, which is accepted, is the level which is visible on the display with the current settings.
There are two possibilities:
Use the function "Configure Error Checking" and set the "range Checking" to Off (0)

You may also send the "direct" SCPI command using "VISA write":
TRIG:A:LEV (value in volt)
