I performed a calibration with my own cal kit.
After verification I see an offset of about 5 mm which is wrong. The offset of my standards is almost 0.

Please check the cal kit, which is set at the ZVH.
By default this is set to FSH-Z28. In the correction data there is an offset of 5.27 mm for the standards "Open" and "Short".
Please create your own cal kit data (can be done with the software "ZVHView")
Transfer the data to the ZVH and use that cal kit.
