Your tasks

Prepare variance reports to support project and engineering management decision making;
Provide project administration support to the Project;
Provide support to the delivery of project reviews and meetings including gathering presentation material and minute recording;
Coordinate the closure of project actions;
Coordinate the project onboarding and induction activities;
Provide project clerical support to the Program Manager as required;
Coordinate project meetings for both the internal team and external stakeholders

Your qualifications

Have excellent analytical and communication skills;
High levels of coordination skills and time management skills
Have some knowledge of project management, financial forecasting and scheduling;
Have excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Ideally have some experience using MS Project;
Be eligible to gain and/or hold an Australian Defence Security Clearance
Must be an Australian citizen
