RTO / RTP Firmware Update from an older Version

I want to update my RTO / RTP from an older version. Are there updates to intermediate versions necessary?

Resolution

That depends from the “main” version number. As an example for version 5.10.1 à the main number is 5.

The update of the firmware is ensured if the difference of the main version number is not bigger than 1.

Examples:
Update from V4.20.3 to V5.10.1 à OK
Update from V3.70.1.0 to V5.10.1 à NOT OK! Intermediate update to any version 4.XX is necessary
Update from V3.70.1.0 to V4.80.1.0 à OK
