Your tasks

Be the Service subject matter expert for how Rohde & Schwarz delivers/provides service products
Support Service Sales Manager and broader Sales teams for addressing new service opportunities
Develop processes for creation, execution, and support for service contracts
Work with existing tools (or develop additional tools) for tracking contract renewals (timing, value, etc)
Manage team of Service Order Administrators who handle daily tasks around service contract execution
Work with other departments within Rohde & Schwarz when needed for supporting contract requirements (for example, demo pool or legal team)
Participate in projects outside of your direct area of responsibility as needed to support the Service business as a whole

Your qualifications

Degree in Business, Operations, or equivalent experience required
Experience managing a small team of administrators
Experience in process development and improvement with emphasis on Lean principles
Extremely detail oriented and highly organized
Strong project management abilities
Strong communication skills.
SAP knowledge and experience is a plus
To be considered, candidates must have US citizenship or permanent work authorization

This is a full time position with a base salary range of 85k-115k base salary plus bonus and benefits. The range is determined by the position, geographic location and level. Individual pay within the range is determined by several factors including location, education or training, relevant work history, sales incentives and job-related skills.
