Test solutions to cover article 3.2 of the RED

Article 3.2 of the RED 2014/53/EU requires that radio equipment should be constructed so that it both effectively uses and supports the efficient use of radio spectrum in order to avoid harmful interference. The applicable harmonized standards are listed in the Official Journal of the EU.
