Your tasks

Processing Employee Claims promptly, checking for supporting documents and ensuring claims policies are adhered to
Provide advise and assistance to Employees pertaining to claims issues
Timely posting of invoices into SAP
Verify and check invoices (against PO & Goods Receipt) before posting into SAP
Follow-up on invoices with open topics
Checking on GST rates
Verify and ensure signed Delivery Note is attached with the Tax Invoice
Follow-up on missing invoices
Other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the supervisor

Your qualifications

Minimum a Diploma in Accountancy / Finance or relevant field of studies
At least 2 - 3 years' experience in Accounting / Finance
Experience in usage of SAP is preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail, proactive, self-motivated and willingness to learn
Possess good customer-focused mindset / attitude
Willingness to coordinate and work with colleagues across other departments
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
