Sales and Product Management : Application Engineer- Seattle Area

Your tasks

• Pre/Post-sales support, including customer demonstrations
• Technical support for RF and microwave Test and Measurement instruments
• Support and consulting of customer test plan implementation and development
• Develop and present local seminars and customer training sessions
• Contribute to the creation of white papers, application notes and professional articles
• Provide technical feedback to product line

Your qualifications

• BSEE (or equivalent) with at least 5 years experience in RF or Microwave test and/or design. MSEE preferred.
• Experience working with test equipment including Signal Analyzers, Signal Generators and Vector Network Analyzers.
• Experience in testing digital communications systems and components.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer interface skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel up to 35% within the region and occasional international travel
• Previous experience with R&S and competitor test equipment is a plus
• Customer facing and sales environment experience
• Programming experience (C/C++, Visual Basic, Matlab, Python, LabVIEW, etc) a plus
• US Citizenship is required

The total compensation for this position is $110K-$200K. Total compensation includes base salary, variable pay (when applicable) plus benefits. The range is determined by the position, geographic location and level. Individual pay within the range is determined by several factors including location, education or training, relevant work history, sales incentive structure and job-related skills.
