Your tasks

  • Work with System Engineers and vendors to resolve customers' technical problems.
  • Ensure support cases are tracked and duly closed.
  • Manage support cases through the use of SAP and support ticketing system.
  • Work closely with various teams, eg. Sales, Logistics and subsidiaries to manage the handling of repair items.
  • Analysis of support and repair data.
  • Sharing of preventive measures with Engineers and Customers to reduce equipment failures.

Your qualifications

  • At least a diploma in Electronics engineering
  • Preferably with minimum 2 years' working experience
  • Good to have some working knowledge in SAP
