The Intern, Sales Development Representative will have the opportunity to support in the sales and marketing programs (e.g. trainings, seminars, workshops, market research and generating new business opportunities by prospecting, contacting and qualifying potential customers online and etc.) for the Regional Sales Team. This includes and is not limited to event preparation, logistics, and learning the thought process of a sales function through customer interactions.
Your tasks
- Understand the company's portfolio, its business nature and relevant markets
- Supporting in sales and marketing events (e.g. preparation, trainings, seminars, workshops etc.) for the Regional Sales Team. This includes and is not limited to events preparation, logistics and administrative support, events management
- Develop a sales mindset and sales pitch to capture customer attention and interest
- Strategically target and prospect the correct customers through information online and contacting these customers (online, phone or even in person) to verify their relevance to selected R&S portfolio
- Other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the supervisor
