Your tasks

• SMD Line Operation • Troubleshooting for program problems at placement machines • Train new operators • Refill SMD-material/SMED Line Setup Manual Assembly • Manual soldering experience • Set parameters at soldering station • Maintain and service tools • Supervise wave soldering and Set wave soldering parameters Repaneling • Generate new programs for Repaneling • Monitor process and yield performance • Setup parameters of Repaneling Process optimization /RSPS • Identify potential for improvement based on LEAN methodology • Improve shop floor Management • Provide on-site technical support at supplier and internal production facility to resolve critical process and product issues Quality & Controlling • Quality Issue and Error analysis • Troubleshooting measures and improve and secure process quality • Work on quality improvement with PCBA Team • Create and implement a PCBA quality program including inspection and test strategies for each product, using methods like PFMEA, First Article Inspection, and Statistical Process Control • Material consumption record • Monitor MSL and Prepare material for SMD-Assembly and provide material for Manual Assembly

Your qualifications

• • Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical degree • 5+ years in manufacturing or process engineering role with direct experience in PCBA assembly • Deep hands-on experience qualifying and operating PCBA assembly processes, including SMT (stencil print, pick & place, reflow, automated optical inspection, flying probe and bed-of-nails testing, and X-ray inspection • Knowledge of PCB/PCBA fabrication and assembly specifications such as IPC-A-610, IPC-7711 & IPC7721 • Familiarity with supplier quality processes (qualification/audits, production part approval process, first article inspection reports, corrective actions, etc.) • Experience with quality system (ISO 9001/ISO14001) implementation and audits • Demonstrated application of process validation and control methods such as PFMEA, design for manufacturing (DFM) and statistical process control (SPC) • Ability to use common CAD, PDM, and ERP systems (SAP)
