Your tasks:

Deep dive analysis of mobile radio network performance (5G/4G/3G/2G) in the area of voice and data services (QoS/QoE) and radio
Support report creation for MNT Managed Services projects for this related topic
Support Customer presentations and technical workshops (remotely via video or onsite)
Development of analysis portfolio for MNT Managed Services business
Acting as a source of product innovation and actively providing input to Product Management, R&D and Applied Research
Cooperation with Rohde & Schwarz MNT partners

Your qualifications:

Experience within the telecommunication industry, working in a mobile network operator or network vendor is a plus
International & multicultural experience
Knowledge of Rohde & Schwarz benchmarking and analysis tools (Smart Benchmarker / NQDI / Smart Analytics / Tableau) is preferred
Deep understanding of KPIs, statistical aggregation and grouping methods
Knowledge in radio network performance analysis (5G/4G/3G/2G), RF, layer3 and TCP/IP
Solution oriented
Analytical view and structured work method
Able to prioritize workload, work under own initiative and as part of a team
Capable to work in virtual international team
Willingness to travel (approx. 20%)
Possible work locations: Zuchwil (Switzerland), Belgrade (Serbia) and Rome (Italy)
