Your tasks

  • Responsible for the T&M channel partner business in Europe including leadership of the EU channel partner team
  • Setting up and managing the relationship and strategic partnership with rental partners in Europe
  • Alignment between regional and global channel partner strategy
  • Develop technical knowledge base of partners by organizing and providing regular technical trainings
  • Develop and implement product related European sales strategies and promotion programs together with the product management teams
  • Co-ordinate all European activities in relation to channel partner business by product management, marketing, sales and service
  • Develop short and long-term channel strategies to maximize sales revenue with channel partners
  • Ensure clear targets and objectives, on an annual base, for all partners in Europe are set
  • Drive quarterly business reviews to measure partner performance with most important partners
  • Complement the existing partner network by selecting and adding new partners where required

Your qualifications

  • Technical Degree (e.g. HTL, FH or TU), additional commercial education is of advantage
  • Channel management experience including channel management skills
  • Strong background in distribution sales preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive and sales-oriented professional
  • Ability to work as a team and individually
  • Ability to lead a distributed team of sales professionals
  • Excellent German and English skills, an additional Slavic language of advantage
  • Willingness to travel throughout Europe (appr. 50%)
