Your tasks:

  • In this administrative position you will be responsible for pro-actively supporting our customers who require their test equipment assets to be calibrated, serviced or repaired through our technical services group
  • Processing customer order & correspondence
  • Processing service tasks with HQ central service
  • Work closely with European team
  • Liaising with customers
  • Monitoring and follow up of the order processes
  • Purchase and sales invoicing
  • Drafting and sending quotations
  • Performing administrative functions and updating customer accounts
  • Identifying new opportunities
  • Offering customers service products

Your qualifications:

  • Higher professional education / thinking level
  • Can work independently as well as part of a team
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Handling customer queries and problems
  • Being professional and courteous
  • Being driven, positive, pro-active, confident and focused
  • Being thorough, accurate and analytical
  • Resolving problems quickly
  • Managing multiple tasks
  • Excellent communicator and listener
  • Excellent knowledge of English language verbal and written
  • Knowledge of French language is a plus
  • Extensive knowledge of / experience with MS-office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and SAP
  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • Own responsibility and initiative
