Your tasks
- You will provide leadership to an enthusiastic and skilled team of engineers specialized in different technologies and working in multinational development centers
- You are responsible for the management of Topex’s research and development (R&D), as well as its "Product House”
- You will identify talent, develop and promote the employees making use of your coaching abilities and the available R&S framework for leadership identification and development
- You will define and implement innovative software architectures together with new hardware platforms to fulfill the lifecycle requirements for complex and safety critical solutions
- You have the responsibility for the end to end product release process, including requirements management, development, documentation, testing, release planning, delivery and quality assurance
- You will facilitate relevant customer meetings to understand customer use cases and expectations, getting an intensified grasp on the target markets, identify new industry trends and help delivering the projects to the market
- You will establish a holistic view on product requirements, as well as solution related and functional requirements, including safety and IT-security aspects and their subsequent implementation on system level
- You are responsible for the selection and validation of adequate cooperation and development partners
