Your tasks

  • In this role you will be responsible for the end to end selling and marketing our high-end ELINT/RESM products as well as other customer-specific system solutions in the field of radar detection in relevant target markets.
  • You will be responsible for pre-project planning and technical descriptions of complex customer solutions. In the bidding phases there will also be the requirement for you to act as the bid manager for the opportunity.
  • When necessary, you will act as the primary technical point of contact for the customer, calculate offers and conduct technical and commercial contract negotiations.
  • The role also requires an input into the development of a product/market strategy as well as market forecasts and projections.
  • In addition, you will be responsible for market communication, including customer presentations and demonstrations, handling technical and commercial correspondence, as well as by participating in international at international trade fairs.
  • In a structured dialog with our global sales network you will align priorities and agree on regional targets
  • Additionally, part of you role will be to empower others within the organization through education and training.
  • You will be responsible for strategic customer acquisition and business development.

Your qualifications

  • You should have a degree in communications engineering, industrial engineering, computer science or comparable degree. Alternatively, you should have significant experience and preferably a military background in SIGINT/EW.
  • You should be familiar with the market for ELINT/RESM systems and are enthusiastic about this business area
  • It is desirable that you have already acquired in-depth knowledge in the fields of business development and sales and feel at ease in the technical as well as in the business world.
  • You are familiar with preparing technical quotations as well as system descriptions, and have already demonstrated your communication and negotiation skills in customer negotiation skills in customer meetings
  • An advantage of public pricing law as well as a reliable network to potential prime integrators and end customers would be an advantage.
  • You should be willing to travel regularly.
  • Fluent English and basic German skills are desirable
