Your tasks

  • Ensure all calibration of equipment is carried out and completed to schedule, in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and customer requirements.
  • Service and Calibrate a wide range of RF and Microwave electronic test equipment, including but not limited to: Signal Generators; Oscilloscopes; Spectrum Analysers; Network Analysers; Communication Testers; EMI Receivers and Power Meters.
  • Assist in the planning of Service and Calibration Centre workload when input is deemed necessary.
  • Work as part of a team to achieve delivery of unit outputs.
  • Participate in approved training and keep abreast of technical advances associated with calibration activity.
  • Promptly respond to customer enquiries and provide technical advice and support as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activity.
  • Maintain, care and use of calibration reference standards.
  • Ensure all customers are treated with respect and courtesy to ensure the reputation and integrity of the company is maintained at all times

Your qualifications

  • BTEC/HNC/HND, or working towards such a qualification
