The R&S®AREG100A automotive radar echo generator is a versatile instrument used to stimulate artificial reference objects for testing automotive radars in the 24GHz, 77GHz and 79GHz bands.

New radar sensor developments in the 77 to 81GHz range utilize MIMO radar architecture to achieve high angular resolution at reasonable price and size.The R&S®RTO oscilloscope with up to 4 phase-coherent channels and 8GHz bandwidth is used to analyze the received signals.

The presented R&S®BTC broadcast test center is a reference signal generator featuring analysis functions and automated tests for audio, video and multimedia applications.

3GPP cellular V2X testing

The demo shows a solution for configuring and running traffic scenarios to comprehensively test the application layer of 3GPP Rel. 14, C-V2X ECUs in a lab environment.

The solution shows the R&S®CMW500 LTE network simulator and R&S®SMBV100B GNSS simulator operating with the Vector CANoe .Car2X software tool for development, testing and analysis of C-V2X applications. The solution enables engineers to verify critical end-to-end safety-related C-V2X scenarios in a lab environment.
