Manufacturing : Service Transition Manager (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

• Execution and coordination of Service Transition within the framework of comprehensive and complex R&S systems and projects in an international environment
• Point of contact for service and support issues during the project phase
• Ensuring the implementation of necessary service structures and capabilities within internal departments, external service providers/partners, and subsidiaries (L1, L2, L3, Field Service, etc.) for the supported systems and projects
• Establishing coordinated communication and logistics concepts for each system/project
• Ensuring the introduction of services for systems/projects, setting up service structures in ERP and other systems
• Close cooperation with the project team, department, and all internal service centers
• Creating quantity frameworks/cost calculations for Service Transition in consultation with all relevant stakeholders
• Supporting Sales and Product Management in establishing new service elements and contributing to the sales phase
• Responsible for the handover to the Service Delivery Organization
• Developing and implementing optimization and cost-saving potentials
• Providing advisory support in the field of Service Transition

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Business Engineering, Business Informatics, or equivalent qualification level
• Relevant professional experience in project management
• Strong coordination and moderation skills, as well as problem-solving competence
• High level of teamwork skills with corresponding independent, goal-oriented, and communicative work style
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Practical flexibility with willingness to undertake occasional business trips
• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
