Sales and Product Management : Technical Sales Manager COMINT (m/w/d)

Your tasks

• You drive the communication‑intelligence business in the assigned region by working closely with and supporting the local sales organizations.
• You forecast business volume, identify opportunities, and track projects through the sales pipeline.
• You provide technical consultation during the pre‑sales phase, collaborating with both local sales teams and customers.
• You create technical proposals and lead the bid team to deliver compelling offers.
• You translate operational requirements into concrete technical solutions and produce clear, concise offer documents.
• You shape commercial contract negotiations, evaluate business opportunities and risks, and define the bidding and pricing strategy.

Your qualifications

• You hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a closely related field.
• You have solid experience in technical sales, account management, or business development—ideally within COMINT, SIGINT, radio communications, or spectrum‑monitoring environments.
• You possess a proactive, commercial mindset and a genuine passion for driving business success.
• You excel at collaborating across multiple teams and diverse international organizational units.
• You are willing to travel internationally as required.
• You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with business‑fluent English and German (additional languages are a plus).
