Rohde & Schwarz is happy to invite you to join our free Nordic PI/SI EMC Seminar tour 2020. Send your registration already today

We continuously and regularly collect inputs from the industry and expert partners.
It's time again to share our inputs with you.
This time we have selected a very powerful team of experts to join us at this year's PI/SI/EMC Nordic Seminar Tour 2020.

The headline is - Is it magic of wisdom, design magic or smart test engineering work?

We believe, it's all about Electronic Engineering design - a combination of power and signal integrity tests + EMC Debugging techniques. Above test disciplines often seen as unrelated, but the relationship between these need considerations and testing to optimize design performance.

Our experts, internal and external industry experts, have identified a number of design & test areas in the different product development stages, experiencing uncomfortable impact in design performance & critical EMC issues.

You have in this seminar the chance to learn from our experts with many years of Electronic design & test experience. This is from early prototyping test stages to the final product verification phase.

Dr. Ali Shirsavar

Biricha Digita Power Ltd.

Dr. Ali Shirsavar founded Biricha Digital Power over a decade ago. Prior to this he was a senior academic at a leading UK university, specializing in Power Electronics. He is well known throughout our industry for his excellent training workshops on power supply design and EMC.
Dr. Ali Shirsavar will be presenting at the following locations: Oslo, Göteborg, Stockholm, Aalborg, Sønderborg, København, Lund.

Topic Description:
Highly technical sessions are aimed at engineers who need to design an EMC filter designs to pass the Euopean Union's conducted emission tests.
In the first session we will teach the technical know-how that you need in order to successfully design an EMC filter. In the second session we will put this knowledge into practice and design a filter down to component level. Due to the complexity of the mathematics, we will provide all attendees with several of our EMC filter design software tools. These fantastic tools greatly ease and automate filter design and are normally only available to Biricha's workshop customers.

In order to follow the step-by-step design example, we highly recommend that you download these tools in advance from www.biricha.com/rs prior to the seminar.
All attendees to these seminars will receive several EMC and Power Supply Design tools free of charge www.biricha.com/rs.

Module descriptions:
Part I: Understanding the specifications, harmonic level and attenuation calculations, filter stability criteria.
Part II: Design example down to component level, presentation of simulated and experimental results of a real life filter.

A 5 min Speed meeting with the presenter will be possible during the day, Book your time slot when register in the morning.
