Other : Marketing Intern

Your tasks

• Reporting to the Marketing Manager (ANZ), you will be the administrative and creative support for the marketing function of R&S Australia. You will aid with organising multiple tradeshows every year, including logistics coordination, CRM input, managing all relevant internal and external communication.
• Maintain accurate and timely input to M4C (upload of leads, campaign data, cost tracking).
• Organisational & logistical support for tradeshows, including occasional attendance
• Maintain internal R&S Australia Work Zone (intranet) page, assist with social media planning and drafting of posts, assist in maintenance of R&S Australia web landing page
• Effective administration of R&S merchandise/promotional items including ordering and stocktaking.

Your qualifications

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written with attention to detail a must
• Ability to use online tools eg SAP M4C (training to be provided)
• Social media proficiency (LinkedIn)
• Basic spreadsheet creation/editing skills
• Creativity and commercial awareness
• Working towards Marketing/Communication or Public Affairs qualification
