I have one of your Two-line V-Networks ESH 3-Z5 (831.5518.52). I am having trouble carrying out a PAT test on it. It continually fails an insulation test. Why?

These artificial mains networks, which have to be designed in line with CISPR16 standard, produce high leakage currents. Therefore the V-network fails isolation tests and should be connected to a low-impedance PE system.
