Responsibility（职责）: This position focus on 5G stack L2 software development, integration and testing based on R&S platform. The challenging engineering daily work covers the following tasks but not limited to: 主要参与基于R&S测试平台的5G 协议栈软件的开发，集成和测试。日常工作内容如下（根据实际情况可能有所调整）： • Software Design, Code, Test, Integration and Documentation of NR MAC features NR MAC协议软件设计,实现，测试，集成和文档 • Design full stack functionality based on 3GPP protocols. 根据3GPP协议需求实现协议栈功能 • Design and develop test cases and test scripts based on test environment. 基于测试平台设计和开发测试用例和测试脚本 • Analyze the issues during development or raised by customers and locate the root cause 分析定位并且解决测试开发及客户支持中出现的问题 • Close collaboration with R&S headquarters in Munich and other R&S sites world wide 与慕尼黑研发总部和其他研发单位保持紧密的合作 Experience/qualifications: • M.A. / M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent educational certificate. 重点大学毕业，电子工程、计算机科学等相关专业。 • Excellent C++ programming and object-oriented design skills. 精通C++语言编程和面向对象的设计 • Familiar with NR protocol (framework, MAC and PHY), Familiar with 3GPP standards 38.321 and 38.2x series. 熟悉NR相关协议和流程(framework, MAC/PHY), 熟悉3GPP 38.321,以及38.2x系列协议 • Experience implementing 5G NR MAC layer. 有5G MAC开发经验 • Proficient in design, documentation, implementation and unit testing of software features. 有独立的软件模块设计，实现和单元测试以及文档编写能力 • Familiar with version control, bug tracking, and CI/CD systems 熟悉版本控制，集成和部署系统 • Ability to speak/read/write/present in English clearly for both internal and customer communications at a technical level. 能够熟练使用英语进行日常与技术沟通 • Competency for a tight cooperation with other teams worldwide. 具备团队合作能力和精神 • Ability to travel occasionally to Chinese and European locations. 可以在国内或国外适当出差 Please send your CV to emma.ma@rohde-schwarz.com
