Reading *.spe files on a PC

We have Q8381A − it works, everything is OK, but we do not have any software for reading *.spe files that Q8381A
saves to floppy disk.
Is there special software, or can we use some programs/converters? In principle, we need to convert these files to
some common format. Do you have any tools to convert the data to be saved?
Answer
The following software is for reading .SPE files from Q8381 and Q8383.
It operates under Windows 98, Windows 2000 and Windows XP.
Note: The operation is simple. Use (B) for Browse, (C) for Cancel, and OK for OK.
