Your tasks
- Conduct on-site or in-house calibration and repair of equipment to ensure it meets Rohde & Schwarz’ high standards of performance
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and performs repairs
- Responsible for evaluation and completion of complex data reports
- Represent the company in a customer support role and is responsible for customer’s satisfaction with equipment and servicing
- Accurately prepare daily logs and reports of work performed, including hours spent and inventory used for each assignment
- Ability to work independently on moderately complex projects
- Effectively communicate with customers in a professional business environment
