The interference hunter

For this, they use a direction finding system with R&S MobileLocator for efficient homing in on emissions and geolocating them. If the final meters to the interference source are not accessible by the vehicle, operators use the portable monitoring system that should always be on board.

The allrounder mobile stations

The company’s factory integrates the systems and supplies plug-and-play shelters for local mounting on pickup trucks. On-site installation is simply a matter of mechanically fixing the shelter and connection to an electrical power supply. Operators control the inconspicuous system from the cab of the pickup with a notebook via Wi-Fi.

The coverage test car

Rohde & Schwarz offers mobile stations, specialized on coverage measurements for mobile phone networks, analog and digital TV and other radio services. While on the move, the systems continuously take measurements en route. They evaluate the results along with the vehicles’ current positions for comprehensive reports about the radio coverage in specific areas.

The microwave vehicle

Rohde & Schwarz microwave measurement vehicles are specialized for measuring in higher frequencies bands, especially in the SHF and EHF range. The systems can investigate on interference issues or perform compliance measurements on point-to-point microwave links. For measurement in main lobes high above ground, the R&S AMS aerial monitoring system is recommendable.
