SmartAnalytics is a new generation analytics suite that offers all features necessary for data management and validation, statistical and diagnostic analysis (root cause analysis), as well as descriptive and predictive analysis and reporting.
SmartAnalytics supports use cases for network engineering, network optimization, quality benchmarking and network monitoring.

Data collection overview

The Smart platform offers a modular set of components for data collection comprising:

Local and remote controllers

These components can be configured in detail according to specific use cases.

Data collection probes

For data collection, the following types of probes are offered:

Smartphones for RF and QoE-centric data (voice, video, data, apps)
RF scanners
Engineering devices, e.g. for NB-IoT testing

Data collection test options

All test options can be flexibly configured according to the use case and test scenario. Rohde & Schwarz offers the most comprehensive set of mobile network testing scenarios, from scanner-based RF to smartphone-based QoE measurements, including voice, data, video and apps for all existing technologies.

The choice of controller depends on the test scenario. The following options are available:
