Intermodulation measurements at mmWave frequencies

The R&S®ZCDSxxx mmWave dual-source converters extend the frequency range of the R&S®ZNA up to 170 GHz and allow intermodulation measurements for active components in the frequency range from 75 GHz to 170 GHz. They feature a wide dynamic range and high output power. They are also easy to operation and generate very stable measurements.
