Features & benefits

Lowest start frequency

Frequency ranges starting from 5 kHz

The R&S®ZN-ZE1xx perfectly supports the full frequency range of the R&S®ZND, R&S®ZNL, R&S®ZNLE and R&S®ZNH with a start frequency of 5 kHZ to 26.5 GHz. The R&S®ZNA, R&S®ZNB and R&S®ZNBT are also supported.

Calibrate all port counts with each unit

Calibrate n-ports with a 2-port calibration unit

Calibrating more ports than offered by the R&S®ZN-ZE1xx is easy. A step-by-step guide helps users calibrate every port number with a two-port calibration unit, resulting in full n-port calibration.

Configurable test port types

Support for two connector system types

The ports on every R&S®ZN-ZE1xx model can be configured as 3.5 mm-compatible or N-type (not available for the R&S®ZN-ZE126). Each port can also be individually configured as male (m) or female (f).

Auto configuration and detection

Plug & play calibration

R&S®ZN-ZE1xx calibration units are automatically detected via the USB connection. All required data is transferred to the VNA. When starting calibration, connected test cables and port assignments can be found at the press of a button. Calibration requires minimal effort and time and maximum reliability.
