We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Engineer to join our regional sales team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting Sales and Account Managers throughout the pre-sales and sales lifecycle by preparing commercial and technical proposals, managing opportunities and leads, coordinating internal stakeholders, and ensuring timely customer engagement.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong engineering background in Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field, combined with excellent organizational and communication skills. Experience with SAP CRM/C4C and an understanding of communication systems and RF fundamentals are essential.
Your tasks
- • Support Regional Sales Managers and Account Managers in achieving sales objectives and revenue targets.
• Create, review, and manage commercial and technical sales offers, quotations, and proposals.
• Maintain and update sales opportunities, leads, and customer records within SAP CRM/C4C.
• Monitor the sales pipeline and proactively follow up on leads, opportunities, and pending customer actions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate pricing, technical compliance, and timely delivery of proposals.
• Track bid submissions, proposal deadlines, and customer requirements
• Act as a primary support resource for customer inquiries related to quotations, product information, and order status.
• Assist in customer presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions when required.
• Support account planning activities and contribute to customer relationship management initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Provide pre-sales technical support for communication and electronic systems.
• Understand customer requirements and help align technical solutions with business needs.
• Support the preparation of technical documentation, compliance matrices, and solution descriptions.
• Ensure CRM data quality and compliance with company sales processes.
• Support regional sales reviews, business planning, and performance tracking activities.
