Your tasks

Design, integrate, and deploy IP based voice communications systems.
Support development of system designs and documentation according to customer requirements.
Support creation of technical proposals, conﬁgurations and quotations.
Install and conﬁgure IP based voice communication systems.
Serve as technical interface between customers, R&S product design team, and program leadership.
Provide expert level technical support and troubleshooting of voice communication systems.
Work closely with the product engineering teams based in Europe and North America.

Your qualifications

B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or relevant engineering degree.
5+ years of experience designing and deploying systems for critical infrastructure customers with a telecom or networking background.
Solid understanding and experience in IP based voice communication systems, including knowledge on protocols such as SIP, RTP, SNMP.
Linux OS (CentOS or Oracle) knowledge and networking skills, including Cisco switches.
Proﬁcient in relevant business tools including MS Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint.
Proﬁcient with requirements management tools.
Knowledge of system and requirement engineering.
Proactive, highly organized, analytical and self-managed.
Comfortable working in an international team and without formal direction.
Ability to travel throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe, up to 30%.
Strong communication and customer interface skills (verbal and written).
Must be a US citizen.

This is a full-time position with a base salary range of $100K-180K plus benefits. The range is determined by the position, geographic location and level. Individual pay within the range is determined by several factors including location, education or training, relevant work history, sales incentive structure and job-related skills.
