NGE Series Information about the Digital I/O Pins

Question

I want to use the Digital I/O Pins on my NGE series PSU, but could not find some information in the manual.

• What is the maximal current burden allowed to the I/O ports?
• There are five pins available on the port (one of them is GND). Can you give me some more information concerning the allocation of the pins?

Answer

It is crucial to have the Option NGE-K103 available to use these Digital I/O Pins.
The maximal current is 10 mA.
These pins can be defined as input or output for trigger purposes.
