Sales and Product Management : Bid Manager ATC (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Coordinate the proposal creation process from kickoff to submission
• Be the responsible point of contact between all stakeholders
• Organize and conduct meetings to drive the offer process
• Track progress and actions
• Invite to and execute decision meetings (go-ongoing / bod-no bid / offer approval)
• Preparation of supporting documentations (stakeholder list, decision proposal, compliance matrix, etc)
• Coordinate closely with technical sales regarding
• Solution selection
• Pricing coordination
• E2E Margin calculation
• Coordinate closely with system engineering, if required

Your qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in the field of Business Admin, Engineering or Project Management
• 3-5+ years experience in the field of sales, Offer Management or Project Management
• Bid or proposal management, sales support or pre-sales, Project Management in solution based systems
• Core Skills
• Ability to structure competitive bids incl. strong organizational competences
• Understanding of pricing models and margin requirements
• Understanding of the ATC technical solutions incl. ability to interpret technical and compliance requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication for proposals
• Experienced communicator with internal and external stakeholders
• Experienced in handling sales management tools like CRM, pricing tools, etc.
