Other : Development Engineer 3GPP Standardization (m/f/d) for 5G NR / 6G

Your tasks

• Identification of technology trends and future topics through participation in standardization committees such as 3GPP-RAN1/2
• Contributing to technology discussions with key customers and companies
• Technical analysis of relevant RAN1 and RAN2 topics, discussion with various stakeholders, and development of implementation proposals
• Assessment of current trends and communication of these trends to the development labs and R&S management
• Discussion of new technology trends with our international internal and external customers
• Coordinating with product marketing and IPR departments on the new technology trends

Your qualifications

• Completed studies in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a comparable field
• Extensive professional experience in the field of mobile communications, especially LTE/NR Layer 1, 2, 3
• Excellent knowledge of communication protocols, high-frequency technology, and communication systems theory
• Strong ability to act between customers and development teams, translating complex requirements into solutions
• Initiative, independent working style, and diplomatic skills
• Willingness to travel worldwide and adapt to cultural differences
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
