In order to minimize downtime, R&S also offers onsite campaigns, doing all the necessary calibration and repair work efficiently at the Customer’s site, without time-consuming logistics effort.
We are now looking for an experienced and motivated onsite service campaign Manager who will be responsible for the coordination of all European onsite campaigns from our office in Madrid, Spain.
Your tasks
- Steering and managing the Company’s European service (Calibration) campaigns at Customer’s site in coordination with Service Sales and the technical Service delivery team across Europe
- Responsibility on the Campaigns Planning and Order Management
- Managing directly 2 team coordinators: a) Campaign Planning team coordinator (time scheduling, resources, service assignment) b) Campaign Order Management team coordinator (order booking and customer service)
- Leading 15 functional reports across the European matrix organization.
- Improving processes and harmonizing cross-location approaches (planning of time, costs and scope) to meet customer’s requirements and increase efficiency.
- Creating transparency by developing and reporting suitable KPIs and initiating necessary improvements and innovations together with other business units.
- Developing a collaborative team culture across multiple locations and across boundaries.
- Reporting to Service & Project Manager R&S Spain.
