NRP Sensor with unstable connection via USB port

Question

I have several NRP Power Sensors connected to my PC. All of them except one can be easily controlled. So the driver and the complete setup works fine. The very sensor works fine on another PC. Do you have any ideas how to solve this issue?

If such problems occur, you should check the following things:

• Take care to have your computer's USB energy management deactivated:

• Don't use long USB cables.
• Take care to use a USB Hub with Multi Transaction Translation capabilities.
