Your tasks
- You will lead the Global Demand Management Department for Technical Service with focus on Service Development Engineering, Service Introduction and Lifecycle Management, Sales and Operations Planning and Service Offer Support / Solution Design.
- More precisely, you will lead a team of Service Development Engineers who are responsible for the introduction and lifecycle management of customer-oriented and innovative service concepts for our technical service products
- It is your responsibility to lead our team of Service Solution Designers to support our Sales team best during our service offer process for customized technical service products
- You will furthermore steer the global "Sales and Operations Planning" for technical services as central function for capacity and capability planning
- You will ensure the continuous improvement and further development of the related service demand processes and roles
- Your responsibilities will include to be main interface between Sales and Business divisions on the one hand and our service operations team on the other hand
