As a Financial Administrator, you are the financial link for our Rohde & Schwarz BeNeLux entity in Utrecht. The large number of products, projects and services that we provide to our customers makes this position challenging, dynamic and diverse. Are you up for this challenge? Then we are looking for you!

Your tasks

  • You are responsible for correct and up-to-date financial administration. This includes: annual accounts, payroll administration, project administration, accounts receivable management, absenteeism management, sales invoices, etc.
  • You make financial analyzes and provide input for the annual accounts.
  • You periodically prepare returns, including VAT and payroll tax.
  • Reconciling sub-administrations with general ledger and intercompany invoices to our international entities.
  • You book and process administrative documents such as bank documents, purchase invoices, declarations, sales invoices, salaries, etc.
  • You carry out payments to suppliers and prepare periodic financial reports.
  • You manage the personnel registration system (ADP).

Your qualifications

  • You are a pleasant colleague who approaches problems with humor and creativity and is also financially well versed.
  • You understand the profession of accounting, are accurate, result- and customer-oriented.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with payment software and ERP systems.
  • You are enthusiastic about active collaboration with our Dutch and international colleagues, so your familiar with the English language.
